Our swim school focuses on small classes and high-quality tuition that works to build a strong foundation in swimming, with many of our swimmers going on to join competitive swimming clubs or moving into our teacher training programme.
Our Toddler Swimming Lessons in Northwood are a great first step for toddlers aged 3-5 who are looking to build their confidence in the water in preparation for structured lessons.

Our Improver Swimming Lessons in Northwood work to develop the four competitive strokes up to distances of 25m in deep water in preparation for advanced lessons.

Our Advanced Swimming Lessons in Northwood are designed to prepare kids for club-level swimming, working up to 100m of all four competitive strokes.

Suitable for ages 3-5 years with no prior swimming lesson experience.
These lessons are a great first step for toddlers who are new to swimming lessons and are preparing for structured learn-to-swim tuition.
Beginner Swimming Lessons (Benchmark 1, 2, 3)
Beginner Swimming Lessons (Benchmark 1, 2, 3)
Suitable for ages 5-15 years who have no swimming lesson experience or are unable to swim 10m on their front and back.
These lessons are a great first step for children who are new to swimming lessons or are working on swimming up to 10m on their front and back in a mix of shallow and medium-depth water. Our beginner swimming lessons are broken into three levels. Benchmark 1, 2 and 3.
Each level works to progressively build on the last, developing the foundational skills of swimming.
Benchmark 1 - floating
Benchmark 2 - kicking
Benchmark 3 - arm action/breathing
Improver Swimming Lessons (Benchmark 4, 5)
Improver Swimming Lessons (Benchmark 4, 5)
Suitable for age 5-15 years who are able to swim front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke in deep water from 15-25m.
These lessons build on swimmers' skills and develop technically accurate strokes up to 25m in deep water. Participants will develop front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke.
Our improver swimming lessons are broken into two levels. Benchmarks 4 and 5.
Each level works to progressively build on the last, developing the four competitive strokes up to distances of 25m.
Benchmark 4 - full stroke
Benchmark 5 - faults/corrections
Advanced Swimming Lessons (Benchmark 6, 7)
Advanced Swimming Lessons (Benchmark 6, 7)
Suitable for age 5-15 years who are able to swim 50-100 m of technically accurate front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke.
These lessons build on swimmers' competitive swimming skills to complete our learn-to-swim programme. They will develop their stamina, strokes and endurance up to 100m and will be well equipped should they choose to pursue competitive swimming.
Our improver swimming lessons are broken into two levels. Benchmarks 6 and 7.
Each level works to progressively build on the last, developing the four competitive strokes up to distances of 100m
Benchmark 6 - 50m stamina/endurance

How many children per class?
All of our classes have a maximum of 4 children to one teacher.
How frequently do the children get assessed?
Children are assessed once every 4 weeks.
What is the temperature of your pool?
Our pool is heated to 28 degrees.
How long are the swimming lessons?
All of our swimming lessons are 30min in duration.
What qualifications do the team hold?
All of our swim staff are UK-qualified, DBS-checked and receive regular on-the-job training.
Who do I contact about my child's progress?

How much are your lessons?
Our lessons are £9.50 per lesson, paid termly by bank transfer.
Can I book a trial lesson?
New customers can receive a pro rata refund anytime within the first 14 days of lessons.
